It's very easy to create and manage Organisations within ELDR AI

Create an Organisation

For all accounts, an initial Organisation will have already been set up for you, usually named after your company. For Free and Standard accounts you don't need to do anything else as you can't create extra Organisations.

For Enterprise accounts, you can create additional Organisations to suit your own in-house structure.

To do this navigate to Organisation Details and click on the blue + Organisation button.

Simply fill out the five required fields and click on the green Create Organisation button. This will create a new Organisation as well as an initial (can be edited later) Leader for it - the Leader will be invited via email to verify their details.

View your Organisation(s)

To view your Organisation(s) and all the information about them (including usage statistics, renewal and payment information, user information and storage) simply navigate to the page by clicking Organisation Details.

At Enterprise permission level, you will see a list of all your Organisations, and for all other permission levels you will see your own Organisation information only.

Enterprise level users should click on the blue eye icon to see more detail about individual Organisations.

Edit an Organisation

Only Enterprise and Leaders can edit Organisations. Enterprise can edit all Organisations, whereas Leaders can only edit their own.

At Enterprise level, from the Organisation Details page simply click on the name or the Organisation you want to edit, or the pencil edit icon to take you to the individual Organisation page, where you can click on the blue Edit button to take you to the edit page.

Leaders just need to simply click on the blue Edit button to take you to the edit page.

At present you can edit the Organisation name only and for Standard or Free accounts you can change your usage limit/payment options.
